No, your Starship HSA dependent(s) will not automatically receive an Optum Financial payment card. Follow the steps below to order a card for a family member.

On the web:

1. On your home screen, click Accounts in the menu bar, then select Overview.

2. Click Payment cards in the right-hand menu.

3. Click + Add a payment card.

4. Click Order payment card next to a family member’s name, then click Confirm.

In the mobile app:

1. On your home screen, scroll down to Quick links, then tap Payment cards.

2. Tap your name at the top of the screen, then select a family member.

3. Tap + Request a card.

4. Tap Order debit card beneath your family member’s name, then confirm your order by tapping Yes.
