If you don’t have an existing Optum Bank HSA:

To access your HSA money that’s been moved from Starship to Optum Bank, follow these steps:

1. Download the Optum Bank mobile app, or access Optum Bank on the web.

2. Create your Optum Bank login here.

3. Log in to your Optum Bank account. Starting October 8, 2024, you’ll see your Starship HSA money in your Optum Bank account.

4. Activate your new Optum Financial payment card by calling 1-800-844-2881.

5. Add your bank account information to Optum Bank by following the steps here.

If you already have an existing Optum Bank HSA:

If you have an existing Optum Bank HSA, your Starship HSA money will automatically be moved there. The above steps won’t apply to you—simply log in to Optum Bank with your existing credentials to access your HSA.
