As with Starship, there’s no monthly maintenance fee for your Optum Bank HSA. However, there are a few other account fees:

• $2.50 per ATM transaction. The bank/ATM you use to withdraw funds may also charge you their own fee.

• $20.00 per outbound transfer or rollover to another HSA bank.

• $1.50 per printed account statement. If you don’t choose free online delivery for your account statements, Optum Bank may charge this fee for every statement they mail to you.
