On the web:
1. On your home screen, click Accounts in the menu bar, then select Overview.
2. Click Payment cards in the right-hand menu.
3. Click Request replacement.
4. Confirm your mailing address is correct, then click Submit.
In the mobile app:
1. On your home screen, scroll down to Quick links, then tap Payment cards.
2. Tap + Request a card.
3. Confirm your mailing address is correct, then tap Submit.
