If your Starship card is declined at the point of sale, it could be one of the following reasons:
- Ineligible merchant or provider
- Expense is larger than current account balance
- Expense is larger than daily spending limit
- Card is not activated, has expired, or card is frozen.
You can still complete the purchase by paying out of pocket and reimbursing yourself from the Starship app as long as the expense is eligible under your plan.
