When you have an unauthorized withdrawal on your account

Seeing unfamiliar transactions on your Starship account can be unsettling, we get that. You have worked hard to save these funds for your health!

We can offer solutions, so first let’s determine the transaction type.

If the unauthorized debit was made with your Starship card, we have everything you need to know in this article I don't recognize a recent charge on my account. Be sure to lock your card in the app for now to stop any additional charges. Just tap the card icon along the bottom, then the three dots and Freeze Card.

Debits to your account using your Starship account number are considered ACH transactions and require a different dispute process. Please contact us right away at support@starshiphsa.com if you have any unauthorized ACH debits.
