Almost anyone – family members, coworkers, friends, or any other person may also make contributions on behalf of an eligible individual. As long as the contributor is a U.S. person and in the U.S. at the time the contribution is made, they may contribute to a health goal. Contributions may not be made by non-U.S. persons, regardless of where they are located at the time the contribution is made, or by U.S. persons who are not physically present in the U.S. at the time the contribution is made.
