Our policy is to not allow any refunds on any contribution. However, Starship reserves the right to allow for some exceptions where refunds are granted in our sole and absolute discretion.
In the event that Starship elects to provide a refund to a contributor, Starship reserves the right to remove the amount refunded from the recipient’s Starship Account.
If you need to request a refund for any reason, please do so within 3 days of making the transaction. Once 3 days have passed, our team may not be able to initiate a refund back to you and you will need to go through your issuing bank.
