When you first joined Starship you were asked to enable Notifications and Secure Log in. If you opted out of this then you may not be seeing it when you log in. No worries though, you can still turn it on.

Notifications:

Simply go to your phone's Profile in the upper right > Notifications > enable the Notifications you’d like to receive.

To turn on Secure Log in tap Profile in upper right > Scroll down to tap on "Enable Face ID" if you are on iphone or "Enable Touch ID" for android.
