Not to worry! Notify the Starship Crew immediately if you've lost your card or if it was stolen and then log into your Starship app and freeze your card.
Get this done by:
- Logging in on the Starship app
- Tap Settings in lower left corner
- Tap My Cards
- Freeze Card
After you contact us, we will cancel your existing card and have expedited a new one to be sent to the address on file. You should receive that within 7-10 business days.
Be on the lookout! Your new Starship card will come in a plain white envelope in about 10 business days.
